North East Bloggers
We have some great bloggers right here in the North East. I’ve been following many of the more technical blogs for a while, and featured links to many of the better ones right here in links section.
More recently i’ve even started to aggregate the rss feeds within google reader, so i was really interested to read yesterday that Ross Cooney was planning to aggregate some of these blogs and had created a discussion thread on the SuperMonday google group for people to add details of the blogs.
Not only have i discovered some great new blogs and added links to the list, but i’ve also updated my reader feeds and bundled them into a single feed that i’ve added to this page.
So now as well as my views on the North East IT scene, you can also see what the rest of the North Easts bloggers are saying, all in one place. Continue reading
Thinking Digital 2009 videos now available.

Unfortunately not everyone can manage to get to the conference, either because they simply can’t aford it, or because of other commitments, but Codeworks believe that this content is just too good to miss, so they have made the talks freely available online, not quite the same as attending in person, but unmissable all the same… Continue reading
Not only is it not on a monday, it’s not even in August!
Not satisfied with a change of day, August’s Supermonday isn’t even in August, and to top it all there’s a venue change as well.
Over the past few months, I’ve been really impressed with Supermondays. We’ve seen some great speakers, talking very knowledgeably about fascinating subjects, engaging audience in gripping debates and demonstrating remarkable technology.
So inspired infact, that i’ve put my name down as a speaker for this months event. Continue reading
Interactive video
There have been a view interesting interactive video projects kicking around recently, including some pretty cools stuff from quicktv and clickthrough, but to me the technology from Yellow Bird is by far the most interesting thing I’ve seen for a while. Continue reading
