Mapping the Uk’s fell runs
In 2009 i set about trying to see where the fell runs closed ro me were, in some cases the locations were given by grid ref, others by name, or by longitude and latitude. It was quite difficult to get a picture of this, so i decided to try and covert them all to co-ordinates and map them on google maps, colour coding them by distance and severity.
This took far longer than expected but most of the results are now mapped. Continue reading
